A Bit About Me
I do my best to make my therapy space as welcoming, warm, and inviting as possible. I believe we all have our own unique story nobody else can truly understand, but I do my best to get to know you and your story to help you understand what is going on, where it comes from, and how to overcome the barriers and challenges so you can be the best version of yourself possible.
I work with my clients at their pace to accommodate their needs and comfortability, but I do not plan on seeing any of my clients for life. What you are able to learn with me will ideally be usable in the long run to help with any future challenges or barriers.

I have worked in the field for several years and have experience in the field prior to my master’s degree. I have worked with children, teens, and adults, and I have worked with a variety of mental health conditions. I believe I can connect to others well, and this connection is the foundation of a good therapy experience.

In therapy, I tend to use an eclectic approach. This means I will use a variety of methods, and the main ones I use are cognitive-behavioral, narrative, motivational interviewing, person-centered, and play therapy. Having a variety of approaches allows me the opportunity to work with you, and overcome obstacles if one particular method does not work well enough.

I work with a variety of populations, and tend to work with adults more than other age ranges, but I have the most experience working with children. I have experience working with clients who have mood disorders like anxiety and depression, trauma, grief, are LGBTQIA+, and children with disabilities. I currently provide telehealth services.

I currently have openings for new patients.
